What is Sheet Metal Fabrication?
Sheet metal fabrication turns flat stock into precision components and complex assemblies via cutting, forming, welding, and finishing balancing strength, tight tolerances, and versatility for enclosures, chassis, brackets, and frames.
Key Advantages:
End-to-End Precision: High-accuracy laser/waterjet cutting, CNC bending, and seamless welding for pristine edge quality.
Scalable Production: Cost-effective execution tailored for rapid prototypes through full production runs with short lead times.
Bridge360 Advantage: Advanced multi-axis equipment combined with hands-on engineering support to meet your exact specifications.
Laser Cutting
Bridge360 Engineering utilizes high-powered, state-of-the-art laser cutting systems to slice through sheet metal with exceptional speed, pristine edge quality, and razor-sharp precision. Ideal for complex geometries, intricate cutouts, and tight-tolerance components requiring minimal to no secondary finishing.
Specifications and Technical Capabilities:
Supported Materials: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, & Brass.
Carbon Steel Thickness: Up to 25 mm
Stainless & Aluminum Thickness: Up to 15 mm
Part Repeatability: ±0.05 mm
Cutting Tolerance: ±0.2 mm
Maximum Sheet Size: Up to 1.5 m × 3 m
Key Benefits: Ultra-clean cuts eliminate deburring, execute fine details without tool wear, and enable high-speed prototyping and production.Ultra-clean cut quality that eliminates the need for post-cut deburring.
Metal Bending
Bridge360 Engineering utilizes high-tonnage CNC press brakes to form flat sheet metal into accurate angles, channels, and complex geometries. By deforming the material along target axes without altering its core thickness, we create structural, high-strength shapes with strict angular precision.
Specifications and Technical Capabilities:
Bending Technology: Multi-axis CNC Press Brake Systems
Carbon Steel Thickness: Up to 25 mm
Angular Accuracy: Bend angle tolerance within ±1°
Bend Radius: Standard bend radius equal to material thickness
Capacity: High-tonnage press force for thick plate and long production runs
Key Benefits: Seamless high-strength shapes minimize joint weak points, reduce secondary welding and fasteners to lower production costs, and ensure precise, repeatable bends across all batch sizes with multi-axis CNC backgaging.
Waterjet Cutting
Bridge360 Engineering provides advanced waterjet cutting using a high-pressure stream of water mixed with garnet abrasives. Because waterjet is a purely cold-cutting process, it leaves zero heat-affected zones (HAZ), eliminating thermal distortion, material warping, and structural edge hardening. It is the premier choice for heat-sensitive alloys and thick-plate stock.
Specifications and Technical Capabilities:
Cutting Method: High-Pressure Abrasive Waterjet (Cold Cutting)
Thermal Impact: 0% Heat-Affected Zone (HAZ) — No thermal warping or edge hardening
Max Material Thickness: Up to 150 mm (depending on material density)
Compatible Materials: Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, Composites, Plastics, Glass, & Ceramics
Target Applications: Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, Defense, & Heavy Equipment
Key Benefits: Zero heat distortion preserves material properties, cuts heavy plates beyond standard laser limits, and handles reflective metals, stacks, and composites without delamination.
Tube Laser Cutting
Bridge360 Engineering utilizes high-precision tube laser systems to cut, notch, slot, and bevel tubes, pipes, and structural profiles in a single automated pass. By replacing traditional drilling, sawing, and milling with a single laser operation, we deliver tight-tolerance profile cutting that drastically accelerates assembly times.
Specifications and Technical Capabilities:
Round Tube Range: 10 mm to 240 mm outer diameter
Square / Rectangular Profiles: Up to 200 mm × 200 mm
Maximum Stock Length: Up to 6,000 mm
Wall Thickness Range: 0.5 mm to 12 mm
Machining Tolerance: Up to ±0.1 mm
Supported Profiles: Round, Square, Rectangular, Oval, Channels, & Open Profiles
Key Benefits: Single-pass setups combine cutting, punching, and notching; self-fixturing joints cut assembly labor; and precision rotation ensures perfect alignment across full 6-meter lengths.
Welding Services
Bridge360 Engineering provides certified industrial welding services to join sheet metal components and structural frames into robust, ready-to-use assemblies. Utilizing dedicated fixturing, precise thermal management, and strict quality checks, we deliver strong, aesthetically clean welds with minimal thermal distortion across all standard production metals.
